The semi-metallic pad compound has been formulated to have a similar feel to OEM brakes on initial pad contact, but as more pressure is applied to the brakes they progressively increase in grab and power to levels beyond stock pads. In addition, the construction of the pads ensures greater resistance to brake fade, greater resistance to glazing of the pads, and less noise on long and hard descents.
